FAILED STATE

The state which regulates and controls every thing, itself absorbing every thing, would ultimately become a mere bureaucracy, incapable of guaranteeing the very thing which a suffering citizen needs.

IDEAL STATE

The state playing a supervisory role, regulating and facilitating every thing through public institutions, with citizen input, at all levels, from the citizens.
