PUNJAB AS AN ECONOMIC MODEL OF SOCIAL
WELFARE PROVINCE.
Dear Mr. Shahbaz Sharif,
I am a businessman but my deep concern for unity
and better Pakistan urged me to do something
for its betterment. So at times, I keep on sending
administrative and Economic proposals to the
rulers. All proposals are time bound and need
to be adopted on appropriate time (for details

At
the very outset of 21st Century, The world at
large is confronting with disintegration of
nations, cultures and civilizations. Our response
to the world is defensive which has invited
an unseen and unending interference. This all
is result of our differences between politicians,
Leaders, Sects, Cultures and Groups. Since the
creation of Pakistan we have neither formulated
any social contract nor could agree upon a constitution.
Our present system was formulated by British
government to achieve their goals through viceroy,
Feudal Lords and district management. Since
62 years we are struggling to move forward with
this system. So every government introduced
reforms but the next government receded the
whole process. Because our system is not compatible
for reforms of the modern world.
The
economic unity is always the successful unity,
which binds the masses in the relationship of
mutual necessity. Economic advancement is possible
only when an economic system, harmonious with
the ideology and religious reservation of masses
is formulated instead of conflicting with them.
A
System should be designed for health, education,
employment, housing and pension for every citizen.
Ideal welfare system can be put into practical
shape which is self earned, public controlled
and burden less for the government, and government
will have only supervisory role. To achieve
this goal, we must need representation of four
basic institutions, Education, Commerce, Justice
and Civil Defense at all the levels. Time demands
a Social structure compatible with I.T. Culture.
In this regard, an Organo Chart is attached
for re-organizing existing culture.
I
have observed and analyzed the Social Contracts
of more than thirty eastern and western countries.
With my experience and observations, I request
you to establish an Authority which should be
assigned to design a Social Contract for Punjab
and should immediately enforce the reforms for
social welfare, public ranking, commerce and
public input. The Evolution of new codes will
have an inbuilt mechanism to place Punjab as
an ECONOMIC MODEL of Social Welfare Province.
It will produce a workable constitution with
compatible Social Contract. I am available for
any query or feedback for any national cause.
Let us join hands together to establish Punjab
as an ECONOMIC MODEL.
